Our 6th annual Apple Valley Ski Challenge - A Race for all Skiers - will be held on March 8, 2008 at Mission Ridge Ski Resort, Wenatchee, Washington. The Rotary Club of Wenatchee Sunrise invites all service clubs, families and friends to a day of skiing, fellowship and competition on the slopes of beautiful Mission Ridge Ski Resort. A short 20 minute drive from downtown Wenatchee, Washington.
Proceeds benefit the Challenge Scholarship program sponsored by the Rotary Club of Wenatchee Sunrise and the Salisbury Foundation, a donor advised fund of the North Central Washinton Community Foundation.
Following the race, the Rotary Club of Wenatchee Sunrise will host a barbeque buffet and awards ceremony for all participants at McDee’s Art Center, 30 N. Chelan Ave. (1st Street and Chelan Ave), Wenatchee beginning at 4:00 pm. Watch videos of the ski race while enjoying the food, fellowship and awards. This event is included in your entrance fee.
